Recently the UK got hit by snow, which is always a great thing for landscape photography. Unfortunately it did not stick around for long here in Cumbria - In fact just a few days later this snow near Caldbeck had completely gone, so I'm pleased I got out with my camera and managed to capture this snowy scene while I could.
The Lake District is beautiful at any time of the year but particularly so in my view when the snow hits it.
