Today is World Bee Day, which is a bit of a coincidence since I spent much of yesterday photographing Bees collecting pollen. I honestly had no idea the very next day would be World Bee Day as I was doing this but to celebrate, it seems like the perfect opportunity to share with you some of the beautiful slow motion footage of some of the bees in action collecting pollen.
This is part of the footage that will be included in my next YouTube video, but since I currently have all the rest of the footage to edit as well as hundreds of photos of bees, you will just have to wait till Tuesday for that. I hope this stunning video above will help convince you it is worth the wait..... I certainly had a lot of fun making this one as I finally got out with my camera again for the first time since lockdown began.
