Happy new year everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year. I certainly did. I love this time of year because it's a rare time when everyone gets together and has fun and I get to spend do much quality time with friends and family.
I hosted this Christmas for the second year running and it was nice to have my Mam, my Sister and my Uncle round at my flat for a few days. After that one of my best friends from London visited me to spend New Year in Carlisle. That's right.... he left London to spend Christmas in little old Carlisle instead. We had great fun and danced the night away (not something I ever normally do!) at a nineties night.
It was all over far too quickly and I was sad to see everyone leave. That being said though I am both relieved and pleased to now be able to get back to serious work without any distractions.
I have a lot of ideas, plans and goals for the year ahead, one of which is being more active and going on more adventures and I look forward to sharing them all with you...
